"Time from first contact to final install was seamless. As with everything else, during the pandemic, product availability was a little sketchy. However Richard, The Comfort Doctor, worked his magic and got our Mini Split installed and it is working brilliantly. Big thank you to the installers who did a fantastic job getting the job done in 2 days. Highly recommended company."

"Excellent response on phone, with technicians at the house within an hour in the late afternoon. Discussed options, consulting with Richie, and the went with 50 gal Lochinvar, which went in the next day. Less than 24 hours downtime. Not cheap, but good service. One question--why go with Lochinvar? The efficiency rating (cost per year) was very high on the label. "
